A nice demonstration for the treatment of deviated, humpy, droopy, thick skin nose via Closed Rhinoplasty. The interventions are septoplasty, chonca surgery, fix down technique without any dorsum dissection, asymmetric osteotomies, external osteotomy, maxilloplasty, ST flap technique, lateral steal, strut grafting, and redraping with scroll and pitanguy ligaments protection.
